Therefore, I do hope this book will guide those who are planning to supervise teaching assistants in higher education institutions around the world. Given the potential to improve the tools and ways used to assist learning, findings and discussions in this book offer us the mentors and planners relevant insights for future directions. Additionally, I wish this work to be interesting to those who undertake a teaching assistant position in higher education institutions, while pursuing a research degree.
